I work in Unreal Engine 5 as part of DreamWorld development, contributing gameplay systems, feature implementation, and optimization work across a large multiplayer codebase.

I actively use community feedback and playtesting signals to improve player experience, onboarding flow, and feature quality.

DreamWorld Contributions

  • Core gameplay systems: building, world interactions, inventory, and asset placement
  • UI systems with Widget Blueprints for menus, interfaces, and player feedback loops
  • Tutorial and onboarding implementation to improve new-player retention
  • Feature development in existing engine systems and gameplay frameworks

Performance and Tech Focus

  • GPU/CPU profiling and bottleneck analysis using Unreal tools and RenderDoc
  • Graphics scalability tuning with cvars, shadows, LOD, Nanite, and texture streaming controls
  • Texture/material optimization, asset streaming, and runtime rendering stability improvements
  • Current goal: continue DreamWorld development and drive strong Early Access success
